“I first came to Raleigh Specific Chiropractic with severe lower back pain. I could not get out of bed in the morning, or roll over in bed without excruciating pain. Walking was a chore. I was in constant pain. I was at my wits end. I had an MRI that showed a bulging disc in my back. The disc was pressing against the spinal cord. Raleigh Specific Chiropractic recommended spinal decompression. I had never heard of it before and was definitely leery. I decided to see an orthopedic doctor to seek a second opinion. Surgery was recommended. The thought of back surgery at 35 years old scared me.
Spinal Decompression was not surgery and that alone made me decide to give it a try. After one week into treatment I could not believe the progress! I was walking normally again with very little pain. As the weeks went by, I got stronger and stronger. I am no longer waking up in pain from rolling over in bed.
