“When I first came to RSC, I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain that was negatively affecting everything from walking to lying in bed. I was unable to do either for more than an hour or two without extreme discomfort. As it turned out, not only were my hips out of alignment but I also had subluxations in my spine that had been there for most of my life.
I had been trying to manage the pain with over the counter pain killers and regular stretching, but was still very limited on how long I could do physical activity and was having to plan ahead to make sure I didn’t end up “stuck” somewhere, unable to move.
As of today, I am pain free. There are still occasions where my back will act up if I do a lot of bending, but it doesn’t last more than a day. I am currently pregnant and the normal aches that come with pregnancy are way less than they have been without chiropractic care. The doctors at RSC have been able to relieve the round ligament and pelvic pain that I have experienced in pregnancy and I have no doubt I would be way more uncomfortable if it weren’t for their help.
